The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Note for business customers: Aivio is offered exclusively to businesses (B2B, Shopify merchants). The ODR platform is intended for disputes between businesses and consumers and therefore does not apply to contracts with Aivio customers. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
